Just Saturday me, Gabe, Tyler Edward, Lindsey [dressed as Draco Malfoy...feel her hair!] Jennifer, Dal, Aysa, Brysan, his brother, and Derek all went to the skate park and played the wickedest game of capture the flag! No one won though...We're all super unathletic, Tyler put their flag on top of a pavilion cause he's a black man, and we all got cold...So we all went to Derek's, snuggled on the couch and watched Thor. Love my family!

What Happens When Jeff Comes...

When my uncle Jeff and Aunt Melinda come up from Vegas...Things get interesting on the Sorenson side of the family....Take this conversation between Jeff, my uncle Jamey, and my grandpa when Jeff asked who everyone was voting for:

P.S this conversation was so random it makes no sense at all in paragraph form...it must be done entirely in miscellaneous bullets :] Please don't be offended...

-They were talking about what to do with the country when Jeff yells "CUT DEFENSE!" in a way that sounded like "CUT THE FENCE!" So Jill was confused as to why we were cutting the fence when we just got round to building it
-Then Jeff started talking about how he swears he had a terrorist for a professor and starts spouting crap about how the U welcomes Professer Hossan Crolabalalam.
-The discussion of saving the country continues by Jeff saying he'd imprison anyone who committed welfare fraud and have them kicked out of America.
-My grandpa throws in his two cents about taking over Canada and Mexico for their resources. The conversation slowly shifts to discuss tactics for how this may take place.
-Jamey reccomends building a moat around newly rejoined Mexico filled with all the surplus crocs from Florida.
-Then Jeff goes crazy! Yelling his exciting plans to build a huge pit in front of the fence and stealthily spread some leaves and twigs over the opening, and then cutting the fence. Thus all the people would swarm toward the hole and fall in. Success. I guess?
-The fighting continues, I start crying cause I'm laughing so hard, and the occasional fist pounding and voice raising can be heard.
-And after all this ruckus ends Jeff calmly says, "And this is why you should vote for Ron Paul."
Was that what we were getting to???

You Were Serious?

Last night I was up till 3 [Explanation next post] So I was so tired I slept till 10...I woke up with a text from Tyler asking if I was going to stake conference. My mom had already decided she wasn't going, my sisters are at my aunts, we're all exhausted etc. So I told him no
Apparently that wasn't good enough for him since he texted me back and said "Me and my dad are coming to get you."
Then we had a big long conversation of him saying he was coming and my snarky "Ya right" comments until he said "how long do you need to get ready?" 20 minutes and a makeover later there was a Tyler at my door!
So we started the trek :]
Tyler's dad is one of the funniest people I know! He had me laughing the entire car ride.
His family had already been there so me and Tyler went to go find ourselves seats in the back...Passing my bishop who gaves us surprised and very confused looks...Then sat down and paid remarkably close attention :] We also pointed out funny people around the chapel and pulled faces at this little girl who kept giving us grumpy faces.
Then it was time to go and I got to share another hilarious car ride with the entire Rindlisbacher clan. We were pulling out of the parking lot when a guy from their ward was approaching in his car and Sister Rindlisbacher groans and says "Don't do it but Brother Rindlisbacher stops the car and gets out and pretends to check his engine and almost gets hit and it was really funny...The car behind the other guy wasn't impressed.
Then Scott shared how creepy he was, Brett laughed his adorable laugh and Tyler was just Tyler. :] Party.

Gotta love people.

Sharpie Sharpie Sharpie's House

Is not where we start our tale :] My mom took us to Gardner's village which was a MAD HOUSE, we bought a truffle after standing in the most crowded candy shop this side of North Korea and then went to Toys R Us. Every little kid's dream :] And little Hannahs....

Then the Blacks came over and we partyed it up :]

Then after they were gone I checked my phone and I had a text from almost every single one of my friends asking if I was going to Sharpie's [Felt pretty special :]] So after convincing my mom I left for my big brothers :]

It was a good 9 o clock pm when I arrived and so it was dark when I knocked on the door...I stood there for like 3 minutes getting more and more alarmed no one was answering. Then Lindsey opened the door looking ashamed and said "come in...." So I did and promptly heard battle cries and got shot by a Tyler hiding on the stairs, a Sharpie running down the hall, and a Tyler Barynard hiding behind the door...Scared me so bad! [Don't worry twas only Nerf guns I was brutally attacked by]

Then me Tyler Barnyard and Lindsey watched the most amazing game of extreme ping pong ever by Tyler and Sharpie :]

Then we went into Sharpie's theatre room and watched the football episode of Psych...I do now believe that might be my favorite one :]

I love my friends guys! They can make even the worst day wonderful and make me feel like everything's fine and that the world is a great place

Life or My Lack of It

First of...I'm kinda having a rough week. This child [Tyler Barnyard] is moving to Logan in a week and even though there's been times he drives me nuts I'm going to miss him :[ I also got my braces rearranged so they hurt almost as bad as when they were first put on and I can't eat anything...A lot of my friends have also sustained injuries in the last little while making me feel helpless..and I'm stressed. But never fail! The best is always yet to come :]

If Gabe ever asks to draw on your hand...Don't let him do it! This is his hillbillie vampire ghost and a bird. Ummmmmm in history some girl asked "What is that ugly thing on your hand!?" I told her a tattoo gone wrong and she flipped out :]

The other day me and Gabe were in English locking his secrets into our "chamber of secrets" that Jennifer couldn't know about...How did we accomplish it? Gabe pointed randomly saying "Look a shiny thing!" and she spent 5 minutes looking for the "shiny thing" she didn't get it...
And it's Charlie's third birthday!!! Though he swears he's turning four. We spent the day going to Gardner village to see the witches, get trampled by mobs, spend awhile in the candy store, purchase truffles, and head to Toys R Us. Every little kids dream...

Well This is Awkward...AKA Me and Jennifer's Shopping Trip

We took an excursion to Jordan Landing and had a total [Though awkard] party! Here's a very summed up post:

They have these [see below] Quick changes at old navy where it's just a space with mirrors with a curtain where you can change. I was proving a point to Jennifer about how easy it would be to sneak my phone in there and take a picture...It turned out being super creepy of me...

We also ate the good chinese food [It's called the New Dragon Diner in West Jordan. GO THERE OR BE SQUARE! BEST. EVER. Jennifer's now in love] I only ate half of my sweet and sour chicken and was STUFFED and then didn't eat breakfast and went to Holly's for a YW meeting and her husband made us delicious omelettes...I may never ever eat again.

I love primary program's in sacrament ;] The kids are cute and do the funniest things!

Have you seen Phineas and Ferb? I have deep ponderings about Perry...He's a truly divine platypus! But who takes the time to validate him? I think we all should stop and think about his wonderfulness. AND, it makes me wonder...Are all platypus' in the world secret spies? And if so does the government know and use them??? Then do they include them in the casualties count? This is my deep ponderings of good of Perry.

This is why she's my best friend :] We're gonna go shopping tomorrow! To thank her for taking the time to ask each and everyone of our family to write me a sweet note just cause :]

October Thus Far...

Pumpkin Patches...I drug Megan on our traditionally walk to the last row to see the last pumpkin and IT WAS PERFECT! It's now on my porch


We cleaned our basement during conference [I love conference!] and Charlie found some new toys to play with

We took a trek up Butterfield Canyon...My family are awesome posers

Also on a more traumatizing note...there's a cop who works at our school...his name is Officer Scott and I'm pretty sure his biceps are bigger than my thighs...Hard feat. So needless to say I'm reaaaally intimidated by him. I was standing with Mack and Gabe outside of careers today and said "AH! There's Officer Scott! I'm afraid of him!" So Gabe yells "WHAT HANNAH? YOUR AFRAID OF OFFFICER SCOTT!?" Riight when he walked by so he turns around and shakes my hand and says "There's nothing to worry about we're friends now!" I was laughing too hard to do anything but nod....Thank heavens Durfee kept a low profile today and I'd die of a heart attack.

I have also somehow hurt my ankle for the 3rd week in a row, taken a super hard AP history test and had to write an essay for such test on a topic I had no clue what it was saying..It had the word china in it...I wrote about that.I studied for that test this morning with Gabe, Brysan, and Dion trying to quiz me but Brysan kept giving silly answers and distracting me, Dion knew everything and Gabe was "SICK OF IT!" So when Tyler got there he was assigned to tutor me. I also have plotted evilly against more than one person, eaten Coke and breadsticks for a super nutricious lunch, snuck out of health 5 minutes early with Brysan so we could act like super ninjas down the hallway...until we heard a door open and ran terrified around corners, sat on my sister till she handed over the stickers, went to a dance, plotted some more, almost faced my fears till Tyler said "DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!" and partyed it up with a bunch of weirdos :]
But hey...That's my life :]

The Saga of Durfee the Dirty

If you don't wanna learn about the pedophilistic teacher starring in me, Derek, Gabe, and Mack's nightmares don't read
VIEWERS DISCRETION IS ADVISED.
Let's start off by saying "This man isn't even MY teacher! We just go into his room a lot in careers cause it's spacious and we have lots of guest speakers trying to sell us on college."
The first day he gave us a big long sphill about how if we went on porn sites he'd catch us on ALL. THE. CAMERAS. HE. HAS. INSTALLED. EVERYWHERE. creepy....so that's where the whole "No porn for you" thing started with Mack.
Everytime we go into his class...something happens...
We were discussing this fact leaving his classroom once when he comes barreling through the door and grabs Derek! We couldn't tell if it was supposed to be a hug...or what. So we were dying of laughter while Derek called us immature but it was so....WRONG!
Then we were sitting in class Thursday and the guest speaker got done like 15 minutes early so Mack, Gabe, Derek, and this girl named Madi were sitting and I was laying on the floor in front of them so Mack and Gabe were throwing paper airplanes at me and we were enjoying ourselves when Durfee comes over "I've been watching you on my cameras..."
just by THAAT conversation opener you know this can't be good...
And then he just joins us so we're all kinda looking at one another wondering what do we do? And he was like "You two flirting with this girl and eating these weird colored balls [They were GOBSTOPPERS!] and says "that's how I get the little kids to be quiet in church..in a highly pedophilistic voice..
Then he turns to me and says "Wanna see my dollhouse?" which is like some machine he used to cut the wood and make this dollhouse but it was really creepy so I was like ya it's cool! trying to get him to go away, and he's like "you should totally join my class next year." Uh huh and you should stop wearing denim with denim but check you out. No.
And the last remark of his conversation...So Derek was dressed up for the cross country thing they had so Durfee asks "You know the best thing to do with that tie? Choke you out!" WHEN IS THAT SOCIALLY ACCEPTABLE!?!?!?
Eventually he went away! UGH! Then Gabe dived on me and was like "SAVE HANNAH!" It was funny but knocked the wind out of me...
Then. I was going crazy in history so I took the hall pass and wandered the halls for a while when he passes me in the hall and says "So you thought more on joining my class?" I answer the first thing I can think of "I'll have to check back with you on that..." and turn the first hallway I can find and hid in the girls bathroom...I was so scared! If Mack and Gabe didn't make their little pact...I don't know if I could ever go to careers....

On lighter note...me, Sharpie, Erinn, Tyler, and Gabe went to the football game yesterday! On most likely the coldest day of this year...No lie! We were so cold we couldn't even watch the game! The last time I checked was 48-O and we were winnning but then I got distracted because Gabe crawled under the bleacher seat and bit my ankle! SO SCARY! Then the last quarter we spent huddling by the school seeing if we could get warmer. We couldnt. So then we went and huddled by the wall under the bleachers and Sharpie was being a spaz trying to look like a ninja so Gabe called him "The Chameleon." And that was the football game :] Haha

Gotta love my friends! I'm so excited for the dance tonight! Watch out for Durfee...Remember who you are, pull your pants up :]

Spiritually Uplifting...

One day Me, Erinn, and Aysa all went to Tyler's house to do Chemistry homework and eat all of his mom's amazing cookies. We ended up finishing early and reading scriptures together. Then we had THE MOST AMAZING conversation about deep spirtual things. It was seriously the coolest thing I have ever done with these people. I'm so blessed to have them in my life!

Then a week ago Me, Aysa, Gabriel and Tyler went to the temple after school [Ya it was kinda a double date ;/ but Erinn backed out on us in the parking lot...] It was way fun! SO great! Then we went and sat on a picnic blanket outside the temple and read scriptures and talked :] and then we walked around Daybreak [Well I waddled..I wrapped myself up in the blanket to carry it cause I was cold :]

Then we went to Aysa's house and ate pizza and then took a walk up the mountain [I borrowed Aysa's clothes cause I sure wasn't hiking in a dress! and me and Tyler stood on a vibrating electrical box and took pictures :] Haha I shoulda kept some of the ones Tyler took of me. He's the worse at taking sneaky "the other person doesn't block the camera" pictures. I rock!

I wake up every morning with a big smile on my face and it never feels out of place.
JUST KIDDING....I'm usually yawning or frowning cause I don't wanna be awake.

But then I go to school! [I love that place] and I get to see my friends! and we sit on the balcony just like A days :]

5TH PERIOD: CAREERS
cause I can't find it on my own...
This class is basically just a filler until next quarter when we get to take Drivers Ed so basically it's a slacker class where I get to hang out with Mack, Derek, and Gabriel. I'm pretty sure of all the classes I take this year, you'll hear about this one the most...We have waaaay too much fun in here! Our big joke is "No porn for you!" since this creepy Mr. Durfee came and talked about it for a good 20 minutes basically installing this sentence in our heads....I really should've started this post earlier since so many funny things have happened in this class and I've more or less forgotten most of it.

6TH PERIOD: CHEMISTRY
I'm currently at a D+ in this class...Hooray! and the teacher scares me to death. But it's all right cause I sit right next to Tyler with Erinn behind me and Sharpie, Aysa, Mack, Derek, and Kimmy, and a thousand other people are all in my class :] :] :] We have lots of fun mixing chemicals that look like drugs and making them explode. Good time :]

7TH PERIOD: WORLD HISTORY AP
Bleck. Normal history's boring enough but it's actually easier than I thought it'd be and we had a sub that didn't make us do anything for awhile since our teacher had leg surgery. Plus I sit next to this really cute kid named Jason and Tyler shows up in the hallway everyonce in awhile to pull faces at me since he has lunch so it's not a total waste :]

LUNCH: Different than Tyler and Derek because we had a failure to communicate but we put on our brave faces and have fun anyway :] and then we start walking to English and Jennifer always has to use the bathroom in this creepy side bathroom I don't like to go into so me and Mack sit in the hallway and run into Tyler and then go to English

8TH ENGLISH:
Have you ever met someone who talks with their face? It's obnoxious! And that's Mrs. Burr's favorite hobby. That and giving us tons of work the first month to see if any of us decide to drop out. Me, Mack, Gabe, Derek, Jennifer, and Kimmy all stuck around and made some new friends named Jason, Cory, and Kenzie so we'll be allright :] Plus it's teaching Gabe how to find big words in the dictionary and present it:


ANNND THERE'S SCHOOL IN A NUTSHELL a tiny one at that :]

Plus Dalan and Jennifer go to the library after school everyday to study so I used to be able to go all the time and we'd always have some clan members walk with us

I still think that my favorite part of HHS so far is the kick butt pep rally we had during school! SO FUN! and we have the Studly Stangs which is our guy drill team and even though it makes Tyler and Gabe want to vomit. I think they are amazing. The end.

And the homecoming game? STUPENDOUS! even though we lost by one little point in the last 20 seconds :/ No bueno. But fun times all around!
