State contests!!!

SO this was about 3 weeks ago [;] Don't judge my highlights edition :]

MONDAY
-State contests is for 4H....don't ask me what exactly 4H is...I have no idea how to explain it.
-Basically I did a contest and was able to go to state because of it.

-Which means I got to stay in dorms up in Logan
-With my room mate Bailey :] She's sooo sweet!

-We kicked things off with moving into our very creepy dorms
-Then we chilled in the quad and played games and ate Aggie ice cream [Delicious]

-Then we got to sit through a very boring meeting/orientation thingy.
-The ambassadors video was waaay funny though! It went through all of the rules and the new ambassadors are all girls except for one super attractive Mitch. So he was the rule breaker...and got hit by a car for not wearing his namebadge, struck by lightning for going off of campus, and getting ran over yet again for not riding in a county vehicle :]

-Then me and Bailey had our fashion review contest and I had to go to a fashion strategies contest a little bit later so in between we went and watched the singing contest.
-The people who won were THE cutest couple!!! Me and Bailes may or may not have stalked them throughout the 3 days ;]

-after that we took naps in our dorms :]

-And then we had county night out where we ate delicious sandwiches that were tiiiny but the cookie was monstrous...which filled us right up ;]
-We went ice skating but I wasn't feeling so great so I watched
-Then we went up in the canyon and made smores with a bunch of other countys...and me some REAL LIFE HICKS!!!!!! I WAS SOO EXCITED!!! they kept calling us city folk and talking bout their animals and tractors..One of them was even cute :] If they weren't such dang flab jerks I would pursue this relationship :]

-Then lights out....Me and Bailey attempted a late night vending machine run..but they caught us

TUESDAY:
was an adventure :]
-Me bailey and our friend Christy wandered around campus eating food and seeing the hidden sights :]
-We went into a really old building that all the doors were locked but one and we thought we were being cool and breaking in...turns out its a muesem of anthropologie :]
-Our legs later hurt from all the stairs we treked across!

-We sat in our dorm for awhile as we waited for the rain to go away
-Then me and Bailey went to project redesign where you turned trash into clothes. We also tie dyed shirts and made drawstring bags

-Then came the banquet where all of us dressed up all fancy and ate fancy food [which was soo good]
-We also had to model our fashion review clothes we made which was nooo fun. I was blinded and almost walked off the stage. Dangerous business.
-We also got awards if we were awesome. Bailey won shears for her 3rd place.

-After that we had a dance which was like a stake dance but with lots of random hotties :]
-And then the late night party! There was unlimited soda machines and I hate to admit it...but I had like 4 cups of cherry coke.
-Me and Christy were BUURNED OUT so we watched Bailey play some games with a group.
-At 2 in the morning we finally got to our dorms and we stayed up for a little bit...Till we were stopped by some cleaning people.

WEDNESDAY:
-We just cleaned up and had a super fancy breakfast while watching other contests get their awards...fun

Also....I'm really happy cause Dalan's coming home from his youth conference today! Now I can text him all day again!!!! yay!!!!

Postponed but never forgotten moments

After we were in a super duper loopy mood, me Jennifer and Katie walked up to the park to party with my family. In attendance were Lindsey, Heather, Tyler Edward, Tyler Barnyard, Ashlee, Aysa, some of her friends, and DALAN!
Highlights:
-We all played a ginormous game of apples to apples
-I didn't hear the word one round so I just threw in a card and POOF! I won!
-Lindsey had to use the restroom but by then it was dark so I went with her...We were nervous to open the door and so inched it slowly opened it...No light! So we both screamed and booked it out of there!
-We ended the night playing hide and seek. We were all kind of lazy by then though so me, Katie, Jennifer, and Dal all hid within 15 feet of each other. Then Hannah Lofgreen ended up coming but she was looking for us so I popped up and yelled Hannah! forgetting I was hiding...Tyler and Lindsey found me ;/
-Then it was time to go.........:[

BAH! I'VE FORGOTTEN!
Me, Tyler Edward, Katie, David, and Tiffany for a little bit went to the park FOREVER AND A GAZILLION YEARS AGO!
-SOOOOO FUNNNNN!
-We all just kinda sat around being lazy and talking but some highlights of that night are as followed.

Ok...I forget the specifics.

But I got engaged!!! On the way home we were in Katie's van and "Marry me" by Train came on, and Tyler turned to me and dramatically sang me the entire song. I said yes! :] My parents were concerned.

As my grandfather always says: What we got here is a failure to communicate :D

Then the week before I left, my mom planned a "vacation in Utah week" as an excuse not to go to Vegas. But she got sick halfway through...so it wasn't a complete experince...However:
-We went to this crazy old historic place in the middle of nowhere
-We went to a cemetary you had to climb up a hill to see and all the graves had fences around them
-We more or less drove complete circle around the mountain in front of my house...passing all of these crazy towns.
-We also went to Antelope Island beach. The water was cool but to get to it you had to walk through the bug infested sand...SO NASTY! Plus...if you ever go to the salt lake..Don't let your sister splash water into your mouth. Just. Don't
-My dad took us to the zoo and we had fun there. WITH THE DINOSAURS!
-To get there we had to drive past the stadium dedicated to sin [U of U stadium]
-We also had a family reunion that Saturday before the stake dance.

Stake Dance:
-FUN FUN FUN! AND IT WAS CAUSAL! HALLELUGIAH!
-But the only downside was it was outside...Everyone was kinda spread apart
-Dalan came :]
-We all danced for a while
-Tyler asked me, so I danced with him, and Dalan...Normally
-Favorite part? Dancing with my big brother! I was mad at him [Cause he texted me something that made me lose all trust and respect from him....freaked out...Then 20 minutes later got a text saying he was kidding and it was all a joke...I was very mad] But we basically were in the slow dance position while running around and running into people and jumping like dolphins and talking like hicks and laughing, laughing, laughing.
-Some people were shooting off fireworks which was nice touch.
-We ended the last hour by my family running across the parking lot to the parkstrip and pretending to do cartwheels and having a dandy time.

And this my friends is where I must say...I think we're good. When I get back I will tell y'all bout my many trips and what we have planned for Tyler's birthday. :] MWAHAHA

I FREAKING LOVE MY WARD!!!!

First off...I've been absentay. I went to state contests for 4H up in Logan from Monday to wednesday. I hung out with my clan that night. The next 3 days were spent up at youth conference. Now I have today and tomorrow I'm gone to 4H camp til Wednesday. I obviously don't have long so I'll finally get around to my fun night 2 weeks ago :] Haha

It all started at Mutual when we were combined with the young men. [That sentence alone makes me laugh.;]

We had a murder mystery party that tied into a murder in the book of mormon just with different names...At my table was me, Jennifer, Katie, Mack, Elysse, Elysse's brother Ethan, and Sister Strong. :] Haha

RANDOM HIGHLIGHTS....
-My character's name was Mr. Fife. When Mack had to say my name he said Mr. Fi-Fay. So that was then my name
-Jennifer was passing out gum under the table and said she felt like she was dealing drugs..Mack proceeded to pretend to sniff his with THE most druggie expression in the world :] Hahaha
-Then Mr. Fifay was found unconsious next to the victim. So instead of being blamed, I just told everyone I was drunk...Right when the bishop walked by. Jennifer and Mack scheduled me an interview, and I blurted out the first excuse I could think of: I'll be in Vegas....Smooth Hannah.
-At the end we had to tell Jesse who we thought the murderer was, but my group goofed of soo much we couldn't tell who it actually was. SO we decided it was a gang effort.
-Jesse then proceeded to say "Children, I know how much you love High School Musical, but sometimes we don't need to be all in this together" :] We all died!
-Turns out Katie was the murderer....It's always the quiet ones....

I also love my ward because of ward night at Youth conference [which was my favorite part] but that is a different story.

We will end saying I love my ward and everyone in it!

5 years later....

So today I got the oppurtunity to open one of my time capsules!
I feel as though I've let my 10 year old self down....big time!

Then afterwards me Derek and Tyler went to Tyler's house, played ping pong like "pros" and were in the process of making snow cones when I had to leave :/

-Me and Jennifer made a new friend! Kyanna told me to text a friend of hers named Dalan and now I can't stop! He is the best! Even though I haven't met him in person yet...which sounds skiivy...but he's my age and Kyanna's friend...So figured he's splendid not like a creeper.
-Katie and Jennifer both had blog worthy quotes...
which are on my ABSOLUTLY RIDICUOUSLY STUPID phone [I'm tempted to throw it in a bucket of water on a daily basis] so they will have to wait
-On tuesday Me, Katie, Tyler, and David all went to the park :] It was a splendid time :]
