I had the time of my life fighting dragons with you....

Ok so not really dragons as our post kicks off with my family visiting the temple but...

Ok so technically...not my real family but if I had one wish? To have some kind of official tangible hold on them forever and ever! Here's some greatness that's been going on the past two Saturdays:

SATURDAY JANUARY 31ST!

Jennifer decided to finally get all of us together to go to the temple. We ended up going with Sharpie, Erinn, and Tyler Edward. Heres some highlights [Besides the amazing spirit that seemed to radiate from my brothers and sisters]

-Us girls were walking up to Tyler's door to get him and something came over us so we skipped the sidewalk and walked through the...mud. We felt bad and criminal like leaving footprints up the door.

-So of course when we got to Sharpie's mountain home with a little bit of snow still on the lawn we wiped it off in the snow for a little bit, but the 5 minute car ride had made it somewhat difficult so we didn't even walk up to the door but I guess he was watching us cause he came out and we all instictivly froze with our shoe still in the snow on the lawn.

-The temple president guy came in and was talking to basically us since we were pretty much the only people there. He gave a very...interesting talk. We don't really know what he was exactly trying to get out of it but here's what we remember

-He told us he gave his daughter 23 chromosomes and his wife did the same and someday we'll be able to do that

-He also told the guys to honor the women in their live at which point we all stared them down.

-As I was trying NOT to laugh loudly over this statement he started saying the Young Women's theme and noticed me trying to compose my emotions asked me "Do you want to say the rest?" I DID NOT WANT TO! So he finished his shpill and took us into the confirmation room

-Jennifer went before Sharpie and the guy was still so confused at Jennifer's last name that when Sharpie sat down he said "Brother Black..." HAHA after that I went up to him and said "WOW you really are my dad!" :]

-The girls went fast to get baptized but there was a hold up so they made Sharpie go before me so it was me&Tyler Edward observing, and when Brother SHARP came out of the water the first time his hair was in a perfect mohawk! :] I am really excited he waited 2 days to get a haircut so we could have a jolly time laughing at this new rebellious brother of ours.

-By the time I was done being the last one Erinn was just getting in the shower, so needless to say the boys kicked our butt in our time race me&Tyler had constructed. While we were walking up the marble stairs I was trying REALLY hard to be quiet in my clippy cloppy flats so I was walking on my tip toes tripped and was really close to falling on my face. Jennifer and Erinn in heels? Didn't come close to tripping. Gr...

-Jennifer's dad was doing inititories so we went into the lobby to wait and I went to sit next to Tyler and the chair like slid and made this super loud noise. Then my friends were all remarking how only Hannah could create such a loud noise using only a chair. Then Brother Fortie came in like 10 seconds later! UGH! He couldn't have made it 10 seconds faster!? :]

-In the Fortie's truck there are 3 seats in front and in back so my brothers and Erinn were in the back and me and the Forties rode shotgun. The little mirror windshield sun blocker thing was down so if you looked at a certain angle you could see Erinn and the boys' shoulders on either side of her. Well I think they were having their same old argument about whether swimming or cross country was better and all we got out of it was Erinn going SHH SHH SHH and watching as Sharpie's hand shot out of the corner of the mirror and covering her mouth. Haha only Erinn and Sharpie! Then we made a masterful plan that didn't have Erinn in it cause she had to go babysitting but me Jennifer and they guys were going to go to Derek's house, so we made a loop dropping off the guys so they could change, picking them up, and me running home super fast to change. Then we waited for a few minutes...

STILL SATURDAY JANUARY 31ST [but nothing spiritual like so I decided it needed to be separated a little.] This is the part my mother doesn't exactly appreciate and I respect her opinion and understand why she was more than a little angry with me but HEY! This was by far THE best day of 2011 even beating out the 1st with Lindsey's cabin.

-Derek's parents weren't going to be home till 7 so we drove to the local Wendys to wait.

-For my birthday Jennifer gave me some of what we call her "man catching perfume" [It's really called Hailey sold at Aeropostale] but when I got into the backseat with the boys she says "Are you wearing your man catching perfume?" I said yep and like in sychronized motion both the guys lean in at the exact same time and sniff really loudly REALLY creepylike! UHHH!

-Tyler's mom made cookies but I wasn't hungry but the guys made me "try it" So I ate half and Sharpie stole the other half and ate like 4 others! So when we got to Wendys we offered them to the guy who took our order. He said no while giving them a MAJORLY disgusted face. No one in the restraunt line wanted them so we sat at our table [My mom thinks this was a double date which I guess technically it was but it didn't even cross our minds and makes Tyler laugh and say "I apologize for a very crappy first date!" Gabe says it wasn't because we tried to befriend the Wendy's employee, and those old ladies at the table across the room were TOTALLY supervising us! :]]

-Jennifer got up to go get some water saying "Behave" over her shoulder and as soon as her back was turned I got beaned in the head with an Asiago Chicken Sandwich Wrapper by our eldest brother!

-Tyler egged me on to get him back so when he was going for the wrapper that fell under the table I hit him in the forehead. Jennifer came back as he threw the wrapper I ducked and it landed across the room. Tyler acted as though he'd been innocent the whole time!

-Jennifer was drinking her water and somehow the conversation turned to Me having modeled to be the Wendy's girl. Cause you know I look SOOO much like her!

-It was a SUPER foggy night so as we were walking to Derek's we felt like we were in a Sherlock Holme's movie. However the only scary part was Sharpie creeping up behind me and scaring me...Again. So we decided we were in a Disney horror movie as we were singing along to Tyler's phone.

-We kept thinking someone was going to be hiding in the foggy bushes and we all agreed that we would just use Sharpie as protection and he said "Actually I would just run away in fear for myself so you guys would be screwed." I said "Actually I would jump on your back first." Jennifer said "I would jump in your arms" Sharpie asked "What about Tyler?" Tyler said "I would just run." Problem Solved.

-I said something bout speedwalking so we all were, but Sharpie was ahead so we yelled "NO YOU TURKEY YOU HAVE TO SHAKE YOUR HIPS MORE!" Wrong thing to say because we are now all horribly traumatized.

-We eventually made it and I realized I've never stopped loving Derek's little brother Bruce! He's only 6 but I think he's the one! I can wait! :]

-We stole Sharpie's phone cause he's ridiculous and wouldn't stop texting Erinn so Sharpie sat on Jennifer smoothed her hair and looked deeply into her eyes.

-Sooo we ran in the bathroom and typed

"Dear Erinn, I'm a hideous person. I cheated on you with Jennifer, I stroked her hair while looking deeply into her eyes, I also spit on an elderly man. I know you can never forgive me, just know I will always love you!" [She texted back a What?]

-Tyler threw his hat to me so I kidnapped it and tried to put it on. The problem is Tyler's head is like 4 times smaller than mine!" It fit on Jennifer though. Sharpie didn't have a prayer.

-We ended the night with our favorite pastime: Singing along to music and talking.

Let me just say now. I love my unbiological family! Whilst sitting in Wendys I all the sudden had this overwhelming sense of happiness I can't explain but I grinned so much I probably looked like a creeper! They make me SOOO happy!!!!!!!!!

-Lindsey had a party!!!

-On the Guest List....Clara, Sharpie, Tyler Edward, Just Tyler, Me, Aysa, Rachel, Tausha, Natti, and the various Holmes family members.

-Me Clara and Aysa all had baptisms that morning [P.S. Congratulations Cousin Colby!] so we were stuffed and didn't eat.

-We watched all the "Kid History" videos on Youtube [They're on the blog] We were all laughing so hard we were crying.

-We started playing our favorite game of ULTIMATE WEREWOLF!!! We love it but I always laugh and give away my position. I was on the couch next to Sharpie so he was trying to sabotage my not laughing strategy, by tickling me and bumping into me and such.

-He was bugging me so much! and I was the witch so right when Sharpie tickled me Lindsey's dad asked "Witch is there anyone you want to poison?" I nodded vigorously and killed off Sharpie HAHAHA!

-The next round Cupid put me and Sharpie in BFF status. So we had to protect each other or we'd die. Which was ironic.

-The last round Sharpie had to leave in the middle of it [but he came back] My arm was against his ribcage and he was a werewolf so when Callie said "Werewolfs open your eyes" I SWEAR he stopped breathing! It was creepy, yet a tip off. But he left and gave his card to Lindsey's mom and right when he left the werewolves killed me! GUESS WHO WAS A WEREWOLF AND NO ONE BELIEVED ME!!!!

-We were downstairs looking at Lindsey's new room and I was in the doorway but I kept looking over my shoulder cause I'm so paranoid and kept thinking Sharpie was going to come and scare me!

-Tyler laughed at this...That nugget!

-Then we played Quelf but Sharpie had to leave for real so the only people that were playing was Me, Tyler Edward, Lindsey, Heather, Clara, and Aysa.

-Qulef is a like Cranium and Curses mixed and SO fun!

-One of the cards said that everytime someone was on the same space as you you had to draw your gun and say "THIS TOWN AIN'T BIG ENOUGH FOR THE BOTH OF US!" Lindsey messed up though and said "THIS TOWN AIN'T FOR THE BIG OF US!" Thanks Linds.

-Tyler had to do one where he had to either lick his elbow or someone elses elbow. and guess what? After 5 minutes of him like twisting his arm HE TOTALLY LICKED HIS ELBOW! Lindsey took a video for proof.

-We had to have Nicknames so I was Vrack and Clara was NutVracker cause I couldn't spell Nutcracker..

-We had to go around the circle and list off things we have liked about a person we've had a crush on. SO we went on for 15 minutes! Total Quelf record broken!

-Whilst doing this Tyler was texting his mom and Callie yells "OH MY GOSH ARE YOU TAKIN G NOTES!?!" Way funny. But a good idea. I mean he was the only man left.

In other big news:

-SUPER BOWL WAS PHENOMENAL! GO PACKERS! I WAS SO ROOTING FOR THEM! AH! WHAT A GREAT GAME! THE BLACK EYED PEAS AND ESPECIALLY USHER WER AMAZING!

-Listening to Callie's playlist at Lindsey's had me going for more songs on mine...BUT there were so many they made me have a whole new playlist...so check out BOTH of them :]

-Me and Tyler Edward are definitly going to try out for cheerleading practice! I'm so excited!!!

And that's about it. Love my family and especially THE BEST UNBIOLOGICAL FAMILY ONE COULD EVER KNOW AND LOVE!!! and they're mine! Haha suckers! :]
